I received the following information with details about getting some FREE advice on home decorating from a local interior designer - which I could probably use myself! If you are looking for some decorating advice for a specific room in your home, you may want to take advantage of this free consultation.

"Raleigh area interior designer Michelle Shreve-Thomas is doing a free organizing home help session in Apex from 1-4 p.m. Jan. 29 and 30, giving free one-on-one home organization and makeover help for people redoing an area of their home for 2011 - or anyone trying to get organized as their resolution.

She'll be at the Kirkland's store in Apex those days, Jan. 29 and 30, and she asks that people bring digital photos of the space they need help with (kitchen, laundry, bathroom etc.) for 10 minutes with her - all free.
