40-year-old man killed in shooting in Durham neighborhood

A 40-year-old man died after a shooting in a Durham neighborhood on Monday night.

Around 11:35 p.m., officers responded to a report of someone who had been shot in the area of N. Hyde Park Avenue and Holloway Street. When officers arrived, they found Marquis Sinclair, 40, of Durham, with a gunshot wound. EMS transported the Sinclair to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
