Kamala Harris, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, will postpone her visit this week to Raleigh due to weather impacts from Tropical Storm Debby, a campaign official said.
Harris and her pick for vice presidential nominee were supposed to visit Raleigh on Thursday.

As of Monday night, Tropical Storm Debby is near the Florida-Georgia line, bringing torrential rain and major flood threats to the Southeast. The Triangle will see periods of heavy rain and flooding Tuesday through Friday.
