20-year-old Durham woman dies in motorcyle crash
Gabriella Crespo died in the crash along Mount Moriah Road in Durham, police said.
A motorcyclist died Wednesday after a crash on Mount Moriah Road and Ladle Drive, Durham police said.
Gabriella Crespo, 20, Durham, was riding a 2020 Kawasaki motorcycle around 3:25 p.m. Wednesday southbound on Mount Moriah Road, police said. Crespo collided with a 2013 Mini Cooper that was making a left turn from Ladle Drive to northbound Mount Moriah Road, according to the police.
Authorities pronounced Crespo dead at the scene. Police said the driver of the Mini Cooper was not injured.
Police have not filed any charges as of Wednesday evening.
The crash remains under investigation.
