2.2 million sledgehammers are being recalled because the heads have broken off, injuring at least two people.

5 On Your Side reports this recall involves certain DeWALT, Stanley FATMAX and Craftsman Fiberglass sledgehammers.

There have been 192 reports of the sledgehammer’s head detaching during use. Two people have gotten head and face injuries from this.

Anyone who has one of these sledgehammers should stop using it immediately and contact Stanley Black and Decker for a refund.
