A woman was shot and killed at an apartment complex on the 700 block of Ileagnes Road in Raleigh at around 2 p.m.
The victim, identified as Sharen White, 47, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police were on the scene at around 4 p.m. looking for the gunman.
They have identified a suspect as Santago Oslo White, 56, and are searching for him. Officers have charged White with murder.
Raleigh Police ask that if anyone has seen White or believes they know his whereabouts, to please call 911.
