One man was shot to death and another was arrested Friday in Sampson County.
One man was shot to death and another was arrested Friday in Sampson County.
Police arrested Dwayne Terell Hines for allegedly shooting Auther Lee Ward.
The shooting happened around midnight at 635 Boone St.
No other information was released.
