A Raleigh man charged with kidnapping and raping a woman is being held on a $1 million bond in the Wake County Jail.

Norman Dunston, 37, is charged with kidnapping and first-degree rape. Police said he forced a woman into a car by threatening her with a screwdriver, then drove her to another location and sexually assaulted her.
