Stolen utility truck located in Salisbury

Officials said no details were available as to how the truck, which was stolen last weekend in Durham, ended up in Salisbury.

The theft prompted PSNC officials to alert Triangle-area gas customers about the potential of people using the truck to pose as PSNC employees to gain access to homes and other property.

Utility customers are advised to ask for identification from anyone claiming to be a worker for any area utility shows up unexpectedly.
