RALEIGH, N.C. — If you think there’s a lot going on in downtown Raleigh, you aren’t alone.

The Downtown Raleigh Alliance just released it’s ‘State of Downtown’ report and it shows things are solid. The report highlighted the $2.3 billion dollars in the development pipeline.

The number of residents moving to downtown is up 39 percent. The food and beverage scene is on fire, too.

"I’m loving seeing all the restaurants pop up, I’m loving seeing more houses downtown being built and more young people coming to Raleigh. And jobs, too," said Annabell Jones, a Raleigh downtown resident.

City leaders say these are all good indicators and from the looks of it, it doesn’t appear things are on track to slow down anytime soon.
