State Employees Credit Union robbed, no suspect in custody

The robbery happened around 2:15 p.m. the SECU's branch on Pacific Drive.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A State Employees Credit Union was robbed Tuesday in Raleigh.

According to Raleigh police, the robbery happened around 2:16 p.m. Tuesday at 1621 Pacific Drive.

Police said the suspect handed a teller a note demanding money, the teller complied and the suspect ran.

No weapons were seen or implied, according to police.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and are asking anyone with information regarding the investigation to visit CrimeStoppers or to call 919-996-1193.
