Southern Pines teen reported missing
Southern Pines police were searching Wednesday night for a 16-year-old who is believed to be cognitively impaired.
Posted — UpdatedSOUTHERN PINES, N.C. — Southern Pines police were searching Wednesday night for a 16-year-old who is believed to be cognitively impaired.
Joseph Lloyd Bolano was last seen at 650 SE Service Road in Southern Pines. The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for him around 8:45 p.m.
Bolano, who is white, has short brown hair and facial hair. He stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a checkered hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and black shoes.
Anyone with information in Bolano's whereabouts is asked to call police at 910-692-7031.
