THE STUDENT LEADERS  ARE REFERRING ALL QUESTIONS TO THE STOOL SPOKESMAN THAT ALSO DECLINED AN INTERVIEW BUT SAID THE SCHOOL GAVE NO PERMISSION FOR SOCIAL EVENTS AT THE CAMPUSES .  THEY HAVE HAD TO READ POLICY,  ACKNOWLEDGE RED THEM. UNC-CHAPEL HILL HILL FRATERNITIES  AND SORORITIES ARE PART OF PRIVATE PROPERTY AND SUBJECT TO LOCALLARD INSTANCES.
