RALEIGH, N.C. — Some Raleigh residents are not on board with a new business.

City Council member Jesse Taliaferro said Wednesday she is concerned about the heliport on Capital Boulevard near the Interstate 440 Beltline.

The heliport is home base for one of Raleigh's newest trade schools that teaches people to be chopper pilots.

Taliaferro said some neighbors in the area are not pleased with the chopper noise.

The city attorney has been asked to look at the special use permit for the business.
