Fayetteville officials ordered some residents to boil their water Tuesday after a report of possible coliform bacteria in the water.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville officials ordered some residents to boil their water Tuesday after a report of possible coliform bacteria in the water.

More than 100 houses in the Tanglewood South community could be affected.

The boil order includes water for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth and washing hands.
