RALEIGH, N.C. — Two former soldiers charged with stealing equipment from Fort Bragg have pleaded guilty to stealing government property from Fort Bragg, according to federal court records.

Juan M. Losoya was sentenced to 28 months in federal prison and ordered to pay $248,310 in restitution to insurance companies that covered the Army's losses. Leslie R. Kornegay was placed on probation for three years, including up to six months in home confinement, and ordered to pay $51,164 in restitution.

The pair is among four former military members linked to a theft ring that authorities said stole more than $200,000 in government property.
