The burlesque-inspired speakeasy is set to open the week after Halloween.

In just a few short weeks <strong>Grace, </strong>previously to be named Coco's<strong>,</strong> will open its doors on Glenwood Avenue in the space previously occupied by Trim Nightclub.

I must admit I was pleasantly surprised, bordering on shocked, when I walked in this week to the amazing amount of work accomplished in its transformation.

At the helm is Matt Bettinger, one of the most creative bartenders in town, formerly of <a href="https://www.wral.com/Raleigh/Restaurants-Bars/Foundation/6871100/">Foundation</a>.  

The menu will consist of beer, wine and of course, cocktails, both classic and those created by Bettinger.  He was nice enough to slip me one recipe:
