Three Smithfield police cars are in need of repair after being vandalized, police said.

SMITHFIELD, N.C. — Three Smithfield police cars are in need of repair after being vandalized, police said.
Someone threw a cement block into the windshields of the cruisers while they were parked at The Smithfield Herald offices, police said.
About two years ago, teens were charged with scratching several patrol cars in the same parking lot.
Police have no suspects in the latest incident.
