<b>WILSON, N.C.</b> — A Silver Alert has been issued for a woman last seen at a Wilson hospital.

Tempiest Tenieka Barnes, 30, is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment, <a href="https://www2.ncdps.gov/Index2.cfm?a=000003,000014,000081,001683&MPA=4937" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to the North Carolina Department of Public Safety</a>.

She was last seen at Wilson Medical Center, located at 1705 Tabor St. in Wilson.

She is black and has short, black hair and brown eyes.

She is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

Anyone who has information on her whereabouts can contact the Wilson Police Department at 252-399-2323.
