Silver Alert issued for Raleigh woman

Raleigh, N.C. — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert on Tuesday for a missing Raleigh woman.
Madonna "Mystery" Fulcher, 32, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Fulcher is described as black, 5-foot-5 and 190 pounds. She has short, black hair and brown eyes.
She went missing from the Cheetham Family Care Home, 2726 Newsome St. in Raleigh. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jean shorts, flip flops and a red baseball cap.
