<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for 17-year-old Francisco Angel Garcia.

Garcia is a Hispanic male who stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. He has short, black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing black pants, a gray windbreaker jacket and black and white Air Jordans shoes.

He was last seen at 5813 Neuse St. in southeast Raleigh and was headed towards Wardard Street.
