Rachael Marie Morris was last seen on East N.C. Highway 55 in Mount Olive traveling south.
Authorities believe she could be headed toward Florida.
Morris is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.
She is 5 feet, 3 inches and weighs 144 pounds. She has short brown hair and brown eyes.
Morris was wearing khaki capris, a blue T-shirt and a baseball cap.
Her car is a gray 2008 Mazda with NC license plate number ECZ-1714.
