Silver Alert issued for missing Winston-Salem man

Winston-Salem, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for 43-year-old Alfred Lorenzo James.

James is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

He is described as a black man, 5-foot-7 and 135 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.

James was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, blue jeans, blue suede Timberland boots and possibly a blue "Obama" hat. He may have short facial hair from not shaving.
