Silver Alert issued for missing Wake County man

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Wake County man.

David Joyce Bell is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He is 81, 5-foot-8 and 160 pounds. He is listed as being bald but the photo provided by the N.C. Center for Missing Persons shows him with some gray hair. He also has brown eyes.

Bell was last seen at 2044 Bethlehem Rd. in Raleigh. He was wearing a white T-shirt, denim shorts and white tennis shoes. He was believed to be driving a 2004 green Lincoln Town Car with a leather top and license plate TYZ-6425.
