Silver Alert issued for missing Rocky Mount man

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man.

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man.

Officials said Jamie Cotrelle Walston is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He is 30, 5-foot-5 and 170 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, dark pants, black shoes with velcro and a black toboggan.

He was last seen at 2460 Curtis Ellis Dr. in Rocky Mount and may have been heading east toward North Winstead Ave. in the city.
