James Martyn Ottmer Jr. was last seen at 106 High Rock Drive in Louisburg wearing a beige pullover with dark blue designs, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. He is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, 185 pounds with brown balding hair and green eyes.

Ottmer may be driving a white 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier, N.C. tag TRL-3423.

Anyone with information regarding Ottmer's whereabouts is asked to contact the Franklin County Sheriff's Office at 919-496-2511.
