Silver Alert issued for missing Fayetteville woman

Michelle Bernard is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. She is 49, 5-foot-4 and 165 pounds with black medium-length hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark sweater, navy pants and gray sneakers. She was last seen at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
