More than a dozen former employees say understaffing at Brynn Marr Hospital contributes to what they describe as a dangerous place for patients and employees. Hospital officials say allegations of violence, sexual assaults, overmedication and lack of mental health therapy are unfounded.

Williams is black with brown eyes and black hair. He is 6 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 265 pounds. He was last seen at 55 W. Andrews Avenue in Henderson wearing blue jeans, a light blue shirt, black shows and a gray coat.

Williams is believed to be driving a 2007 white Ford Taurus, with N.C. license plate number XSB-3813.

Anyone with information about Williams is asked to call Henderson Police at 252-492-0202.

Developed in 2007, Silver Alert is a system to quickly notify the public about missing endangered adults who suffer from dementia or other cognitive impairments, such as Alzheimer's disease.<br />
