Richard Davis Musgrave, 29, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

<b>GREENVILLE, N.C.</b> — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Saturday for a Greenville man.

Musgrave was last seen at 1212 Red Banks Rd. Apt. E-5 in Greenville. He is described as a white male, 6-feet tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Greenville police at 252-329-4316.
