Silver Alert issued for 66-year-old Durham man

Durham, N.C. — Authorities issued a Silver Alert Sunday morning for a 66-year-old Durham man who is believed to be suffering from dementia or other cognitive impairment.
Tommy Eugene Atwater is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 186 pounds, and is black with a bald head and brown eyes.
He was last seen at 911 West Cornwallis Road in Durham, and he was wearing a black jacket, a lime green shirt, black pants and black shoes with lime green shoe laces.
