The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, David Bruce Raper.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for 24-year-old Jared Heath Kearns.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Kearns, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Kearns stands 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds and was last seen with a blue basketball hat, blue pants and a blue t-shirt.

Anyone with information about Jared Heath Kearns should call A.E. McFeaters at the Raleigh Police Department at 919-996-4455.
