<b>WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.</b> — Police officers in Winston-Salem were searching Wednesday for a 14-year-old boy.

Ahmad Ncshiem Jackson is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He was last seen at 4860 Circle Drive.

Jackson is black with short black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 3 inches and weighs 133 pounds.

He was wearing a blue crop top shirt with a red shirt tied around the waist, blue jean shorts, and red and blue Fila sneakers when he was last seen.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Winston-Salem Police Department at 336-773-7700.
