<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons canceled a Silver Alert for a missing 43-year-old man.

Brett Jerome Freeman was last seen in the 1000 block of Alston Avenue in Durham wearing jeans, a black jacket, black beanie, white sunglasses and black and white shoes. He is described as a Black man who stands 6 feet 2 inches and weighs 180 pounds.

Freeman is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Anyone with information on Freeman's whereabouts is asked to contact C.R. Gonzales at 919-560-4601.
