Silver Alert for Raleigh woman canceled

Raleigh, N.C. — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons canceled a Silver Alert late Tuesday evening for Jessica Rose Norcross, 19.
Raleigh police said Norcross was found and was safe but provided no other details.
