The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons on Wednesday canceled its Silver Alert for a missing 21-year-old man.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons on Wednesday canceled its Silver Alert for a missing 21-year-old man.

The alert for Andrew Turner, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, was issued around 5 p.m. Wednesday and canceled four hours later.

It wasn't clear whether Turner was found safe.
