Silver Alert canceled for missing Raleigh woman

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Raleigh woman.

Alexis Marie Matthews is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. She is 20, 5-foot-4 and 125 pounds with medium-length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a burgundy hooded sweatshirt, black/gray leggings and black/gray Nike sneakers.

Matthews' last known location was at the Harris Teeter at 5563 Western Blvd. in Raleigh.
