A Silver Alert has been issued by the N.C. Center for Missing Persons for a woman who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Cadie Leason Phillips was last seen at 550 Walter Wilson Road in Bear Creek in Chatham County. She is 22, 5-foot-6 and 220 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans with tears on the front and a neon orange hoodie with strips on the sleeves.
Anyone with information should call the Chatham County Sheriff's Office at (919) 542-2911.
