Silver Alert canceled for man who went missing from Womack Army Medical Center

— A Silver Alert issued for a missing 72-year-old Robert Setzer has been canceled at the request of the Fort Bragg LEC. There was no word on if he was found or his condition.


The Fort Bragg Law Enforcement Center released a Silver Alert for a 72-year-old man missing from the Womack Army Medical Center located on Fort Bragg.

Robert Setzer was reported missing from the medical center on Sunday around 12:15.

Setzer is described as a Black man with black and gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black warm-up suit with white stripes on his sleeves and legs. He is 6'4" tall and weights 230 pounds.

According to the alert, Setzer could be suffering from dementia or a cognitive impairment. Officials believe it's possible he is on Reilly Road in Fayetteville, which is the main road outside the medical center and heads to the Pope Field.
