<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Silver Alert was canceled Thursday after a missing 88-year-old Wake County man was found safe.

Joseph Herbert Henry, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, was last seen at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at a home on Manor Ridge Drive in Raleigh, authorities said.

Sheriff's officials did not say how or where he was found.
