A 40-year-old woman is missing from Duke Regional Hospital.

DURHAM, N.C. — A Silver Alert was canceled for a 40-year-old woman who went missing from Duke Regional Hospital.

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons said Natasha Nelcia Rhodd-Leathers was missing since June 14.

She was last seen at Duke Regional Hospital, located at 3643 N Roxboro St.

A photo from surveillance footage from the hospital shows what Rhodd-Leathers was last seen wearing: a charcoal hooded jacket, a blue striped dress, black leggings, white sneakers and carrying a black handbag. She has tattoos on her neck and chest.

Officials say Rhodd-Leathers used to be a supervising nurse, and is now mentally unwell. She checked into Duke Regional for a doctors appointment and has not been seen since.

Rhodd-Leathers is described as a Black woman with medium-length black hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call should Corporal Jesse Green at 919-560-4440, extension 29337. Green said if someone sees Rhodd-Leathers they should also call 911.
