Shrimpers gather in downtown Raleigh to protest inland trawling ban

Shrimpers on Tuesday descended on the state legislative complex to protest a proposed inland shrimp trawling ban. The protest comes a day after North Carolina senators approved a plan to pay the commercial fishermen who would be affected by the ban.
