Shooting near Carrboro Wendy's leads to flipped vehicle, hospitalization
Police are still searching for a shooter after one person was injured after being shot near a Wendy's restaurant in Carrboro Monday night.

CARRBORO, N.C. — Police are still searching for a shooter after one person was injured after being shot near a Wendy's restaurant in Carrboro Monday night.
The victim suffered at least one gunshot wound and was rushed to the hospital. The person is expected to recover.
According to Carrboro police, three other people were in a car trying to get away from the shooter when they lost control, flipped and crashed in front of the Wendy’s.
Police are searching for the shooter and investigating what led to the shooting.
