My name is Stacy McDade and I would like to honor my deceased grandfather, Hugh Bannard, a WWll veteran, who proudly served his country in North Africa and Italy.  My grandfather was an active member of VFW Post 7383 in Cary and has inspired me to carry on his commitment to helping military families.
