I've been watching cars in complete gridlock on southbound Dawson/I-70 at Hargett Street. The tractor trailer and black truck sat through 5 complete light cycles before clearing the intersection and allowing the buildup on Hargett street westbound to ease slightly. People do not understand that if you cannot clear the intersection, you should not enter it at all. It's basic logic.
