Serious wreck closes road at intersection of I-540 and I-87

All eastbound lanes of Interstate 87 near Exit 423 were closed Tuesday afternoon after after a tractor trailer crashed and flipped on its side.
The truck spilled many gallons of unidentified contents on the road.
