Second arrest made in shooting death at northeast Raleigh parking lot

A man was shot Friday morning in a northeast Raleigh parking lot.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A second arrest has been made in connection to a shooting in a northeast Raleigh parking lot.

Jordan Delacey Andrews, 33, and Jacob Darran Quincy-Gurley, 29, were charged with murder in the shooting death of Jose Luis Hernandez-Gutierrez, 46.

Police said Hernandez-Gutierrez died as a result of his injuries from a shooting that happened around 5:30 a.m. Friday in the 4400 block of Craftsman Drive.

Andrews and Quincy-Gurley remain at Wake County Detention Center.
