Seagrove man accused of assaulting handicapped person
Deputies have arrested a man accused of assaulting a handicapped person.

SEAGROVE, N.C. — Deputies have arrested a man accused of assaulting a handicapped person.
Officials arrested Matthew Daniel Comer, 37, from Seagrove on Wednesday following a domestic violence incident. Officials did not say where the incident occurred or release further details on what happened.
According to the Moore County Sheriff's Office, Comer has been charged with one count of felony second-degree kidnapping, one count of felony assault by strangulation and one count of felony assault on a handicapped person.
He was being held Thursday on a $95,000 bond.
