Welcome to online mm Salt and lime is just our dream of having a different style mexican restaurant that's more Cali Mex or coastal Mex. So kelly max is just a blend of mexican flavors. People are really surprised that we have a lot of unique dishes on the menu. We have a mango salad with chicken. We have kaba roles that are super delicious with a spicy ranch. We have barbecue, mahi tacos have delicious salmon vera cruz. Everything here is is made fresh daily, all the juices from the bar to the kitchen and we're very proud of that. You know, the food here is always good, always delicious. A lot of dishes have co following the salmon. We use great Canadian atlantic salmon. We do it with a black bean cake, sauteed spinach in butter with some chili flake a little salt and pepper and then the salmon goes on top and then we do a roll hot sauce was just a red pepper, butter, cream sauce, avocado and then a little bit of just PICO on top. Bangkok's from tacos. Just delicious. We do with a mango, pineapple salsa, caribbean salsa with some napa cabbage and romaine. Mix on the tortilla fried shrimp. We just toss the shrimp in some seasoned flour, quickly flash fry them and then kind of glaze them with a honey, chipotle glaze um, serve those up with some just some really crispy rice noodles and some storage of any surf and turf burrito is by far the most popular shoulder tender. Fresh shrimp sauteed down with some sofrito. A little bit of a little bit of caramelized onions rolled up in a burrito with some rice, a little bit of PICO on top to garnish with fresh cilantro. College Street. Chicken is half a chicken but flattened out the steering on the front top, almost all the way on the skin. So you get a nice crispy skin and then we cover it with our adobo sauce served with koso rice. The chicken goes on top of that with some bacon. Really good flavors. We try to make every dish is really flavorful as we possibly can. Our margaritas are super fun. We have over 70 different tequila. So I have 17 different margaritas. We have basil, lime margarita, prickly pear, but orange. People really enjoy the balance of a peach habanero margarita. You know, unique flavors that you don't get everywhere. And it's just something really fun for all kinds of different types and flavors and people that like to travel and enjoy good food and good dreams. What we wanted to recreate is what would it be like to, to dine on a beach or dying outside underneath the stars. And it started looking at all of these star lights in these beautiful decorations, having an open ceiling, really limited to the atmosphere of being outdoors and that's what we were really going for. It's just a fun kind of beach vibe. The star lights, plants everywhere and it's just a really fun environment that people really just enjoy being around. It's just a nice escape and you know, the food complements the hard work that we put into the atmosphere and at the end of the day, you got to have something that's a good value. I mean we want them to walk away going, I can't wait to go back. We're very proud of this place. It's taken a lot of hard work and it's just a fun environment. We have great kitchen staff, it's, it's a family that we've created here.
