Robbers force Fayetteville McDonald's workers into freezer

— Three masked men forced McDonald's employees into a freezer during a robbery shortly before midnight Sunday, Fayetteville police said.

One of the men who entered the McDonald's at 5009 Santa Fe Drive was carrying a shotgun, police said. They forced a worker to open a safe and moved all the employees into the freezer. They then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
