Reward offered in Fayetteville nightclub shooting

— Fayetteville police asked for the public's help in identifying a man who shot another man outside a nightclub early Saturday.

Witnesses told police that two men fought in the parking lot at Pure Titanium Club, 2835 Bragg Blvd., around 12:45 a.m. One man shot the other in the chest, police said.

The shooter fled the scene in an older model, dark blue Nissan or Honda.

Police described the shooter as a black man in his late 20s or early 30s, with long dreadlocks. He wore dark pants with white, jersey-style top with the number 20 on the back.

Two white men with military style hair cuts accompanied the shooter, officers said. One man was about 5 feet 4 inches tall, and the other stood 5 feet 8 inches tall.

Investigators said they were still developing information about the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The identity of the victim has not been released.
